ZnSe lenses – plano/ convex and meniscus

Podeo won a contract, to manufacture special plano/convex and meniscus ZnSe lenses.

Custommer needed diameters from 15,0mm to 55,0mm, with center thickness around 3,0mm.

We had to supply these special lenses with a flatness = lambda/8 for 633nm.

Finally lenses had to be AR/AR coated for both 10,6um and 3,39um.

The application was for a measurement optical bench.
